- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for future-facing technologies
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab team and foster agile experimentation culture
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Prior success developing 2025+ strategic technology roadmaps
