Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs for measuring future-readiness
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Author white papers on technological convergence and societal impact
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-generation human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in technology, futurism, or strategic foresight
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published research on technological disruption or scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Experience with Delphi method and technology roadmapping
