Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-fidelity 2D animations for digital campaigns, social media, and web interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to ensure visual and technical alignment.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and asset creation to final rendering and optimization.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and adhere to brand guidelines across all deliverables.
- Optimize video assets for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) ensuring maximum performance and quality.
- Stay updated on emerging motion design trends and software capabilities to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics and video editing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D (or Blender).
- A robust, online portfolio demonstrating a range of motion design styles and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, easing, and animation principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
