Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Execute: Develop high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics from initial sketches to final renders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and brand guidelines.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to understand user flows and translate them into compelling visual feedback loops.
- Technical Mastery: Optimize animation assets for performance across various platforms, including web, mobile, and digital signage.
- Asset Management: Maintain a robust library of assets, ensuring scalability and reusability for future projects.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced proficiency in animation principles (timing, spacing, easing) and storytelling.
- Software: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Premiere Pro. Experience with Blender or Lottie is a plus.
- Design Skills: Strong foundational skills in graphic design, typography, and color theory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
