Key Responsibilities:
You will own the motion design strategy for key accounts, ensuring that every frame serves a purpose. Your work will span social media, web experiences, and interactive installations.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D animations using Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Create dynamic motion graphics for digital advertising campaigns and brand identity projects.
- Develop custom libraries of assets and templates to streamline the production workflow.
- Collaborate with art directors to interpret complex briefs into visual masterpieces.
- Optimize motion assets for performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design reviews.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and visual technology.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating mastery of timing, spacing, and character animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of 3D principles and integration with 2D workflows.
- Experience with vector animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, After Effects Roto Brush).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
