Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale ML solutions generating $10M+ in revenue
- Expertise in transformer architectures, neural networks, and generative AI systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
