Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure to support enterprise-wide Large Language Model (LLM) deployments and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model performance and latency using advanced inference techniques and edge computing solutions.
- Architect fault-tolerant, high-availability cloud environments on AWS and GCP.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate research prototypes into production-ready services.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated monitoring.
- Lead technical strategy for the integration of emerging AI technologies into legacy systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI engineering principles.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying production AI models with high availability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
