We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Data Center Technician to join our growing team in Washington D.C. This is a high-impact role responsible for maintaining the integrity of our IT infrastructure during off-hours. You will be the first line of defense in ensuring 99.99% uptime for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on server racks, cabling, and cooling systems.
- Monitor system alerts and perform emergency hardware troubleshooting on weekends.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards in the data center.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and incidents in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with the on-call support team to resolve escalated tickets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a 24/7 data center or IT operations environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing/walking environment.
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
