Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for enterprise-wide implementation
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI models and datasets
- Develop transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align AI development with ethical standards
- Monitor emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and ensure compliance
- Create audit trails and reporting mechanisms for AI system accountability
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product roadmaps and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning pipelines and data ethics
- Proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics (e.g., ACM/IEEE ethics committees)
