Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic direction for our AI infrastructure, identifying key trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Networks.
- Technical Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives and long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI architectures that can handle next-generation data loads and processing requirements.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers on advanced AI methodologies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role within the AI or Tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and a forward-thinking mindset regarding the evolution of AI by 2026.
