Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineers to design ethical-by-default AI systems
- Advocate for ethical AI practices across product development teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Document ethical guidelines and create training materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical teams
- Published work or research in AI ethics preferred
