Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying large-scale neural networks in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Define best practices for MLOps and data governance within the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and hardware acceleration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
