Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design and implement complex quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in exploring new quantum states and neural network topologies.
- Hardware Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize software for emerging quantum processors.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon’s AI capabilities leading up to the 2026 era.
- Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Patent Strategy: Lead efforts in documenting and filing patents for novel quantum computing techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of linear algebra, quantum mechanics principles, and neural network architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
