Responsibilities
- Define Policy Frameworks: Draft and enforce comprehensive ethical guidelines and compliance standards for autonomous AI agents and generative models deployed in 2026.
- Conduct Impact Audits: Perform rigorous bias assessments and risk analyses on proprietary algorithms to ensure fairness and transparency in automated decision-making systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from the ground up.
- Regulatory Advisory: Act as the subject matter expert on emerging AI regulations and advise executive leadership on navigating the evolving legal landscape of the near future.
- Public & Internal Communication: Craft clear, accessible communications regarding AI capabilities and limitations for both internal employees and the public.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Law, Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or data governance within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable policy recommendations and business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ethical dilemmas to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
