Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Future Studies with 10+ years AI research leadership
- Published author in Nature/AI journals on long-term AI trajectory forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and AGI safety protocols
- Deep understanding of geopolitical AI policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US NIST guidelines)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
