Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to set the technical vision and strategic direction for our next-generation AI systems.
- Lead Advanced R&D: Direct cutting-edge research into Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud-native architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Talent Cultivation: Mentor a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI deployment is safe, unbiased, and transparent.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects from conception to production.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making.
