Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for AI researchers, quantum engineers, and computational scientists
- Build and maintain relationships with leading academic institutions and research labs in quantum/AI domains
- Develop innovative assessment frameworks for evaluating quantum algorithm proficiency and AI model architecture expertise
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles in quantum error correction, neuromorphic computing, and generative AI
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging skill requirements and proactive talent mapping
- Mentor junior recruiters on technical recruitment methodologies for frontier technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to define talent needs for 2026-era tech products
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with AI/quantum computing or related deep tech domains
- Proven track record placing candidates with PhDs in quantum physics, machine learning, or computational theory
- Expert understanding of quantum computing stacks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging recruitment narratives
- Experience with passive candidate sourcing in niche scientific communities
- Strong analytical skills for talent market forecasting and competitive intelligence
- Certification in technical recruitment (e.g., CTS) or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in quantum/AI roles required
