Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise AI solutions
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience with published research
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for AI systems
