Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI strategy roadmaps aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize AI opportunities for 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics, regulation, and societal impact
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen AI solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI maturity and ROI in enterprise environments
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy or related tech leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing principles
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in human-centered design and ethical AI implementation
- Prior C-suite advisory experience in Fortune 500 companies
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or adjacent fields
