Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's vision for 2026.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in AI initiatives, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end development, testing, and deployment of AI models and solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Present AI strategy, progress, and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and successfully executing AI strategies in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
