Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call time, quality scores)
- Document interactions accurately in case management systems
- Collaborate with team to improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training & process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & CRM software
- Excellent verbal communication & active listening
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass background check & drug screen
