- Collaborate with team leads on process improvements
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive data
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM tools)
- Reliable transportation to our Richmond facility
