Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally via live chat software.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex cases to supervisors.
- Customer Empathy: Maintain a friendly, calm, and empathetic tone to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features and company policies to answer questions efficiently.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional services or products that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating web browsers and multiple windows simultaneously.
- Experience: Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Internet Stability: Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote/hybrid chat roles.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
