Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional, empathetic, and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Provide product information and service updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
