Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account issues, and order processing.
- Resolve complex customer complaints while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify and escalate potential issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive paid training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to type 30+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
