Responsibilities
- Handle 80+ inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/hr, 90% CSAT, <5% abandonment
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with QA team for continuous improvement
- Adhere to PCI compliance & HIPAA protocols
- Participate in cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Typing 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & multi-tasking
- Strong conflict resolution & empathy skills
- Reliable transportation (Mesa location)
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
- Background check & drug test required
- Georgia candidates: Must be eligible for GA residency
