Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve customer concerns using proven problem-solving methodologies and CRM tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call volume, quality, and resolution time
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship management systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English

- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
