- Collaborate with tier-2 support teams for complex troubleshooting escalation
- Monitor chat queues with average response time under 90 seconds
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and skills training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in chat/email environments
- Exceptional written communication with strong grammar and typing skills (60+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Basic troubleshooting skills for software/hardware issues
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
