Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 inbound/outbound customer calls daily via VoIP system
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM with 98%+ compliance
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR) weekly
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in bi-weekly training on product updates and soft skills
- Maintain 99.5% attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Type 40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy in data entry
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and de-escalation skills
