- Customer Documentation: Accurately record customer information and transaction details in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and policies to answer questions accurately.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify and communicate relevant products or services to meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
