Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming and outgoing calls regarding products and services.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide accurate, empathetic, and timely resolutions.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions and update customer account information.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company services to meet KPIs.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all call scripts and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
