- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate issues to senior management.

- Adhere to all company call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
