Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for a 100% resolution rate.
- Accurately update customer information and issue tickets in the CRM database.
- Provide product demonstrations and information to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficient with computer systems and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
