Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.

- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and account management.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer Paid Training for motivated candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
