Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and account updates.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within scope of authority.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and typing (30+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
