Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for healthcare clients with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
- Maintain detailed call logs in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Type 40+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable internet
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Healthcare industry knowledge (BLS/CPR certification a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
