Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products to existing customers.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and use a multi-line phone system.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
