Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently using established protocols.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through continuous training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified applicants.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or angry customers.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace if applicable.
