Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily performance metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; training is provided.
