Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM database.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account management.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
