Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
