Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates into the CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while adhering to all company policies and call scripts.
- Collaborate with team leads to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone voice.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems quickly.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote/hybrid options.
