- Adherence to Scripts: Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the department.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate web browsers and software applications.
