Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 95% CSAT, <30s hold times, <8% abandonment rate
- Document interactions accurately and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
- Support escalated issues with senior team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
