Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently
- Document interactions using CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex cases
- Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance reviews
- Maintain positive brand representation in all communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing processes
