We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing remote team. As a key member of our support staff, you will serve as the face of our brand, assisting clients across the United States with inquiries, technical support, and account management. We specialize in providing Daily Pay options and flexible scheduling for our dedicated workforce.
While our operations are fully Work From Home, we are specifically looking for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville, TN area to align with our regional leadership hub. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Manage customer accounts and process transactions accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy and security protocols.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, pricing, and billing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and CRM experience.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
