Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Listen to customer inquiries and accurately assess their needs to provide effective solutions.
- Process orders, refunds, and account information accurately within our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
