Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and product expertise
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems with attention to detail
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
