Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior team while ensuring the customer feels supported.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote or hybrid options.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
