- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow established call scripts and quality assurance guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
